Suit brought by defendant in error against plaintiff in error to set aside and cancel a deed executed by W. F. Doss to plaintiff in error. Trial to the court without a jury, re- suiting in findings and judgment for defendant in error. Plaintiff in error brings the case here and applies for a supersedeas.
