This was a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation act brought by plaintiff in error to recover for the death of her husband by reason of an alleged accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Vulcan Detinning Company, July 10, 1918. The arbitrator and the Industrial Commission awarded compensation. The circuit court of LaSalle county entered an order setting aside the award and the decision of the commission, and on June 26, 1919, entered an order certifying the cause was one proper to be reviewed by this court, and the case was brought here by writ of error to the…
