This is an appeal from a judgment of the Columbus Municipal Court denying to appellant a writ of possession in an action for forcible entry and detainer. Appellant, 67 Corp., brought the action to obtain possession of premises known as 6 West Gay Street, a part of the building located at 67 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
