This is another of several suits to come before us which involve the Henry W., Lunt trust. The suit was instituted by”Elba Lunt Yan Gorden and Mattie Lunt Yan Gorden, to whom we refer as. plaintiffs, by the filing of what is called an application in the Henry W. Lunt trust. Each plaintiff has .a .one-fifth beneficial interest, in the', trust. Walter L. Lunt has. a like interest. The remaining .two-fifths interest is owned by Gordon B. Lunt. Half; of- Gordon’s interest' was' acquired from Willie C. Lunt. ' ! ! : •
