OPINION

This appeal comes to this court from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County denying the motion of the defendant seeking an order to hold this plaintiff in contempt of court. The action, as originally filed by the plaintiff, was one seeking a divorce from the defendant.
The parties, as is disclosed by the plaintiff’s petition, were married September 16, 1949. A child (Marcia Hackett) was born of said marriage on August 15, 1950. The action in divorce was filed January 10, 1956, and the decree of divorce was entered June 8, 1956. The defendant did not contest…
