Defendant, Steven Ferrante, was arrested on June 21, 1974, and cited for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of Section 333.01(a) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Oak-wood. On June 25, 1974, defendant appeared in Oakwood Mayor’s Court and entered a plea of not guilty. The case was then bound over to Bedford Municipal Court where it was set for trial on October 8, 1974, 109 days after the date of his arrest.
