This is an action of trespass guare clausum, and the plaintiff’s declaration describes the close on which the alleged acts of trespass complained of were committed as being in the town of Eden, and also as being the lots numbered 163 and 164 in that part of Eden which formerly belonged to and formed a part of the town of Belvidere.
