On October 21, 1994, the Court granted the motion of Barnstead Broadcasting Corporation (“BBC”) for preliminary injunction and required Offshore Broadcasting Corporation to withdraw an Informal Objection that it had lodged against an application to assign a television station construction permit from BBC to BAF Enterprises, Inc. (“BAF”).
