Kenneth Haddock appeals his sentence and the district court’s denial of his petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. We remand for resen- tencing, but we affirm the district court’s denial of Haddock’s § 2255 petition.
BACKGROUND
