LAWSON, District Judge.

Before the Court is W. Dexter Harrison’s Motion for Bond Pending Sentencing (Doc. #232). For the reasons set forth below, Harrison’s Motion is denied.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On March 8, 2006, a jury convicted Harrison on four counts: conspiracy to commit arson and mail fraud, arson, mail fraud and making misleading statements with intent to hinder law enforcement officials.
