These are appeals by the defendants, Fidelity Union Trust Company and Clinton Trust Company, from the judgment of the Chancery Division of the Superior Court in favor of the State, providing for the escheat of certain personal property pursuant to the provisions of the 14 year escheat statute, N. J. 8. 2A :37-ll et seq. We certified the matter on our own motion while it was pending in the Appellate Division.
