In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring invalid the imposition of ad valorem taxes for garbage collection against the plaintiffs property, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Cozzens, J.), entered August 11, 2000, which, inter alia, upon the granting of the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, in effect, declared invalid the imposition of ad valorem taxes for garbage collection against the plaintiffs property.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
