The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company is and has been for a number of years engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling pool and billiard furniture. On the 1st day of November, 1907, such company took a mortgage in Wichita, Kan., to secure a note signed by Mho E. Adams Cigar Company on pool and billiard fixtures; the mortgage being in the sum of $6,258 for balance on purchase price of goods sold. On October 1, 1910, the Milo E.
