|2This is an appeal from a judgment that denied a motion to enforce a settlement agreement in a timber dispute. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On March 7, 2013, the plaintiffs, the Marietta Trust1 and the Warren Trust2 filed a petition for wrongful timber cutting and for property damage, penalties, interest, costs, and attorney fees.
