KENYON, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff in error, Dave Weisman, one William F. Doering, and William Williamson were indicted in the United States District Court for the-Eastern Division of the Eastern District of Missouri. Williamson was acquitted by the-jury by direction of the court. Plaintiff in error and Doering were convicted on six counts of the indictment.
