This private nuisance action embodies the truth of William Blake’s observation. Plaintiffs Wendy Wilson and Jane Cassady and defendants Leon and Sue Handley are neighbors in the Gity of Yreka; the Handleys’ property adjoins both plaintiffs’ properties.
