The present appeals grow out of actions brought to enjoin issuance and sale of school district bonds, and under circumstances later discussed.

Although only inferentially alleged, in the amended petitions later mentioned, the territory of Joint Rural High School District No. 9, Osage and Franklin counties, hereafter referred to as District 9, and the territory of Joint Common School District No. 30, Osage and Franklin counties, hereafter referred to as District 30, overlap.
