1. The plaintiffs below brought their action of complaint against the defendant to recover six hundred and fifty-acres of land. The questions of law controlling the case arise upon the construction of the will of Wm. Rich, *669from which it is claimed, that the title of the plaintiffs springs. The material parts of which will are as follows :
