This case involves the question which of two chattel mortgages was entitled to priority over the other; one held and owned by the plaintiff, First National Bank of Decatur, and the other held and owned by the defendant Cattle Raisers’ Loan Company. Both of those chattel mortgages were executed by the partnership firm of S. A. Lillard & Sons, and both covered the same several hundred head of cattle owned by tlie mortgagors and located in Kinney comity.
