This appeal relates to the condemnation of certain lands for highway purposes by the Crawford County Court. Appellants, W. W. Greig, Jr. and Eugene Symonds, along with four other landowners,1 filed a pleading entitled “Special Appearance and Motion to Quash”, contending, for reasons hereafter discussed, that the court had no jurisdiction. It was asserted that the taking did cause serious damage to the remaining property of the landowners.
