This litigation relates to the taking of property for highway purposes, and the principal question involved is the sufficiency of the notice of entry by the State Highway Department. The chancellor held in effect that there was no sufficient notice of entry, hence this appeal by the Highway Department.

The essential facts are not in dispute.
