| ¡¡Plaintiffs-appellants, Daniel and Roxanne Seghers, in this suit for damages resulting from personal injuries allegedly suffered by Mr. Seghers in a work-related accident, appeal the trial court’s granting of several of the defendants’ exceptions of improper venue and prescription. For the reasons that follow, we: (1) affirm the trial court’s judgment granting defendants La-Place Equipment Company, Inc., Colony Specialty Insurance Company, and James Bradley Oubre, Jr.’s exceptions of improper venue and prescription; (2) affirm the trial court’s judgment denying…
