This is a workmen’s compensation proceeding.

The case comes to this court on a notice of appeal reciting that claimant appeals from the order and judgment of the district court entered on June 13, 1957, against him and in favor of the respondents.

Following perfection of the appeal claimant filed a short abstract, consisting of three pages, with the clerk of this court. This was followed by his brief containing five printed pages. Thereafter, and several weeks before oral argument, respondents filed their brief consisting of a motion to…
