Five Star International Holdings, Inc. (“Five Star”) and F-Star Socorro, L.P. (“F-Star”) appeal from a judgment awarding over $1.6 million to Thomson Incorporated (“Thomson”) for breach of a commercial lease agreement. Five Star raises sixteen issues on appeal challenging the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence, the admissibility of expert testimony, the jury charge, and the attorney’s fees award.
