For the second time this term, this Court has been called on to review the specifics of an alleged transaction that resulted in the demolition of an abandoned house in El Paso’s Lower Valley. Appellant Teresa Corral-Lerma filed suit against Border Demolition & Environmental, Inc. (“Border Demolition”) and Raul and Bonnie Solis (“the Solises”) 1 after the defendants razed a residential structure on her land and purportedly absconded with personal property without her authorization.
