This is an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of Joyce Lorraine Willey. The plaintiff, John Willey, is the administrator of the estate of the deceased.

The deceased died asi the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on March 19, 1961. The deceased was a passenger in an automobile operated by the defendant, Kenneth H. Parriott, which collided with an automobile operated by the defendant, John Bort.
