In this juvenile delinquency proceeding, youth appeals from a judgment finding him within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for conduct that, if committed by an adult, would constitute possession of a gun in a public building, ORS 166.370, unlawful possession of a gun, ORS 166.250, unlawful use of a weapon, ORS 166.220, and menacing, ORS 163.190. Youth advances three assignments of error, two of which we reject without discussion.
