These two separate actions were for damages resulting from a collision of an automobile with a licensed truck on the state highway. One action was by the owner and driver of the automobile, and claimed damages for injuries to himself and also to the automobile, and the other was by a passenger in the same car who claimed damages for injuries to himself.
