One question is presented for decision on this appeal: Does the statutory provision embodied in Section 5105-a26, Code of 1927, give to a party injured by a motor carrier a right to proceed directly against the obligor on the bond given in compliance with the statute? Before answering this question, the pleaded facts should be stated.
