acting Associate Justice, in place of Justice Gary, disqualified. This action was commenced by the plaintiff for himself and all others who would join as plaintiffs, to enjoin the enforcement of-a certain ordinance passed by the city council of Abbeville on -the 13th June, 1899, on the ground that it was illegal, null and void and unconstitutional.
