— This is a suit under the attorney’s lien act.
The facts show that on April 2, 1918, while the defendant railway company was in the charge of the Federal Government and was being operated by the Director General of Railroads, Mern G. Walker, while employed as a brakeman upon the railroad, was killed at Shenandoah, Iowa.' At the time of his death he was a resident of Shelby County, Missouri..
