The Southern Railway Company appeals from a judgment after jury verdict in favor of J. Edward Gragg, Michael J. Aubuchon, and John L. Rooney, respondents herein.
Respondents are lawyers having their office in St. Louis, Missouri. They were employed by plaintiff on October 25, 1951, to represent him in his claim for personal injuries against appellant.
