Quillian, Presiding Judge.

Claimant’s husband was found dead after a private airplane in which he was flying crashed. At the workmen’s compensation hearing, the parties stipulated that the employee’s death occurred "in the course of’ his employment and the sole issue for determination was whether his death "arose out of’ his employment. The administrative law judge denied the claim. However, upon review by the full board, it was found that the claimants are entitled to benefits as provided by law.
