This is an insurance coverage dispute stemming from the settlement of a wrongful death case filed against plaintiff-appellant Cooper Industries, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, plaintiff-appellant Cooper B-Line, Inc. The district court granted summary judgment to the insurer, American International Specialty Lines Insurance Company.
