MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Dwayne B. Davis sued Cash For Payday, Inc. (“CFP”), Ivar J. Ranvik, and John Does 1-10, on behalf of a putative class for violations of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and implementing Federal Reserve Board Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226, and the state law claims of unconscionability and violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“ICFA”), 815 ILCS 505/2. Currently before the Court are Davis’ motion for class certification, (R. 15), and the defendants’ motion to dismiss, (R. 10).…
