STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On March 17, 1983, The Cropper Company, Inc., the debtor in possession, filed its petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On the same day, the debtor in possession filed an “Application for Authorization to Use Cash Collateral.” The application came on for hearing, and by order dated March 31, 1983, the Court denied the application of the debtor in possession.
