White v. State

Court of Criminal Appeals of Oklahoma

Decided June 18, 1941No. A-9821PublishedCited by 1 opinion

1Opinion of the CourtJones, J.

The defendant, Willie White, was charged in the county court of Carter county with unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried, convicted and sentenced to serve a term of 30 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $50, from which judgment and sentence he appeals to this court.

Defendant makes several assignments of error; however, we find it necessary to consider only his contention that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress the evidence on the ground that the description in the search warrant of the place to be searched was insufficient.
