Tbe Marietta Cbair Company, tbe Phoenix Manufacturing Company, tbe Northwestern Wire-Mattress Company, and the Illinois Class Company, four creditors of tbe John A. Ether-idge Furniture Company, have filed a petition to declare that company an involuntary bankrupt. Tbe grounds alleged in tbe original petition are that tbe John A. Etheridge Furniture Company, being insolvent, on tbe 20th day of January, 1809, made, executed, and delivered to John J. Hyatt a general deed of assignment of all of its. property for tbe benefit of its creditors, which assignment was duly…
