United States v. Douglas Eugene Gleich
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
BYE, Circuit Judge.
Douglas Eugene Gleich entered a conditional plea of guilty to the offenses of receipt of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2); and possession of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Gleieh conditioned his guilty plea on the ability to appeal the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress and all sentencing issues. We affirm the denial of the motion to suppress, but we vacate his sentence and remand for resentencing.
