MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This adversary proceeding is before the Court on the objections of plaintiffs Mark Medved, Gilbert Hellmer and Columbine Limited 1979 E, a Colorado Limited Partnership (Columbine) to discharge of certain debts owed them by defendants/debtors, John Martin Novak and John Edward Latti-more. Plaintiffs’ complaint seeks judgment for actual and punitive damages in an amount exceeding $2,000,000, under sections 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), (a)(4) and (a)(6) of title 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
