Background

The Debtor filed her chapter 13 case on November 9, 2007 (the “Petition Date”). Within 910 days of the Petition Date, the Debtor entered into a retail installment contract whereby she purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliber (the “Vehicle”) from Dan-ville Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Inc.
