Iowa National Mutual Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the district court,1 566 F.Supp. 546 (E.D.Mo.1983), holding it liable under a general liability insurance policy issued to Missouri Terrazzo Company. The district court held that the policy covered the cost of a settlement between Missouri Terrazzo and National Supermarket, and that Iowa National was liable for attorney fees and costs by reason of its duty to defend Missouri Terrazzo in a lawsuit stemming from damage to a floor installed by Missouri Terrazzo.
