STROM, District Judge.
Rowland F. Zerba, Jr., was indicted by the federal grand jury for the Southern District of Iowa in a six count, superseding indictment. He appeals from his convictions of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count 1), possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (Count 2), and of harboring a fugitive in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1071 (Count 5).
