In a single jury trial, the appellant was convicted of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child. The jury assessed punishment at three life sentences for the aggravated assault convictions, two twenty-year sentences for the indecency convictions, and a $10,000 fine for each conviction.
