JUDICIAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS
PER CURIAM.[*]
This matter comes before the court on the recommendation of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana ("Commission"), pursuant to La. Const. art. V, § 25(C), that Randolph H. Parro, Judge of the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, be publicly censured and ordered to pay the cost of the prosecution of these proceedings. For the reasons that follow, we adopt the recommendation of the Commission and publicly censure Judge Parro.
