The intervenor, Kymberly 1 Issler (Kym-berly or intervenor), appeals from an order of the Superior Court granting a “motion to charge garnishee,” which motion had been made by the plaintiff, RBS Citizens Bank, N.A. (Citizens or the bank). On appeal, the intervenor contends that the hearing justice erred in permitting Citizens to attach funds in a particular bank account in order to satisfy a judgment that Citizens had obtained against the interve-nor’s estranged husband, Howard F.
