—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph A. Cerbone, J.), rendered June 14, 1990, after trial by jury, convicting defendant of two counts of attempted murder in the second degree and sentencing him as a predicate violent felony offender to two concurrent terms of IVi to 15 years, unanimously reversed, on the law and on the facts, and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
