This is a suit in equity brought in the circuit court of McDowell county by the McDowell County Bank, a corporation, I. T. Mann and I. J. Rhodes against J. A. Wood,. George French Strother, Zelma E. Moses, C. L. Moses, Jeannette H. Hammer and W. L. Hammer, for the purpose of enforcing three judgment liens of two hundred and fifty-three dollars and seventy-five cents each, in favor of the plaintiffs, respectively, against certain real estate at one time owned by the defendant, J. A. Wood, and by him aliened to the defendants, Moses and Hammer; the deed therefor not having been…
