A. J. Lowther brought an action before a justice in Doddridge county, and a verdict of the jury was rendered in favor of the plaintiff on the 8th of April, 1 «86, for one hundred and eighty four dollars. No judgment was entered upon this verdict. The docket showed, however, that an execution had issued at the date of the verdict. On the 31st of December, 1887, a renewed execution was issued.
