Edwards v. Belknap

Originally this action was brought in the name of John Edwards and Mary Edwards, his wife, to cancel and set aside a deed given by them conveying their one-half interest in certain mining property to the Baltimore Trust, a common law trust formed in the State of Idaho and unincorporated. John Edwards died prior to the trial, Mary Edwards is the administratrix of her husband’s estate, and maintains this action in her trust capacity and individually.
